Society degenerating before our eyes.

Read all about it. White woman, accompanied by her young daughter, visits a black thug in prison. It's a 'conjugal visit'. And they do their conjugating in public in a bus in front of the child.

Society degenerating before our eyes.

Now, however, comes the regression to the mean i.e. brutality, stupidity and the unihibited satisfaction of any fleshly urge at any time and place.

Until a couple of years ago, I never understood Hobbes' dictum about life being "nasty, brutish and short". I didn't understand, because I grew up in the marvellous place that was 1980s Germany.

Well, the future will be decidedly Hobbesian again. Decades of dysgenic breeding have made sure of that.

Off topic, sorry...Apropos racial IQ differences, it's interesting to ground life outcomes with IQ, as in this study of twins of differing IQ drawn from the top 25% of US population. And first article is:- Death on the Installment Plan

Which is an article on usury -- that most jewish of all sins.

The article is interesting, but what what intrigues me most is the Dark Ages (pre-renaissance) illustration (The Dance of Death, 1474, fresco painting (Church of St. Mary, Beram, Croatia).

Now, here is my question. The forever-anonymous artist obviously has a fair-to-excellent grasp of human anatomy and artistic observation and execution.

So, can anyone tell me why, in the so-called barbaric 15th century, he has absolutely no notion of skeletal anatomy?

Was study or observation of such things forbidden by church or society in what is now Croatia?

After all I have been in 15th century (and earlier) churches in Europe where full skeletons have been carved with perfect accuracy in wood and stone.

Or was the man simply incompetent or just wanting to knock off early for supper and meaning to fix it later?

Wartime Contracting Commission Classifies Findings for Next 20 Years

The Commission on Wartime Contracting in Iraq and Afghanistan has decided to not reveal its full findings and materials to the public for another two decades, despite its stated purposes of investigating and exposing government waste.

The Commission has been at work for three years, revealing that up to $60 billion in US war funds were lost due to waste, fraud, and abuse. One report concluded that “criminal behavior and blatant corruption” were directly responsible for much of the waste in the expensive “reconstruction”projects in Iraq and Afghanistan since 2002. It also found that one in every six contracting and grant dollars spent in Iraq and Afghanistan has been wasted.

But the Commission now says it won’t allow its full records to be opened to the public at the National Archives until 2031, because, according to one official, some of the documents contain “sensitive information.”

Evidence of government theft, profligacy, criminality, and waste is indeed sensitive information. That revealing these things was the purpose of the Commission seems lost on those deciding to hide important information from Americans.

Anyone want to bet against the founding of a commission to investigate the commission?

Cheers,
UN

PS: While we're at it ...

In 2002 the situation was even worse. CBS News reported that Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld admitted, “we cannot track $2.3 trillion in transactions.”

One day before 9/11. Coincidence? Of course.

How did Congress’ respond to DOD’s delinquency? It gave it absolution and allowed it to opt out of its legal requirement. But as a sop to outraged public opinion Congress required DOD to set a date when it would have its book sufficiently in order to be audited. Which the Pentagon dutiful did, and missed every one of the target dates. The latest is 2017 and DOD has already announced it will be unable to meet that deadline.

Adding insult to injury, last September, the GAO found that the new computer systems intended to improve the Pentagon’s financial oversight are themselves nearly 100 percent or $7 billion over budget and as much as 12 years behind schedule!

The Pentagon is not just incompetent. It is corrupt. In November 2009 the Pentagon’s Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA), the federal watchdog responsible for auditing oversight of military contractors, raised the question of criminal wrongdoing when it found that the audits that did occur were riddled with serious breaches of auditor independence. One Pentagon auditor admitted he did not perform detailed tests because, “The contractor would not appreciate it.”

Risk of what and to whom?

If I lose half my money on a loan that you foolishly take and cannot repay, but I end up with all of your assets and sovereign over you and your house, perhaps I can be forgiven for thinking I've come out ahead.

The interest rate I charge may even be compatible with the risk of default, in a geeky statistical sense that has nothing to do with the pursuit of power.

Usury, simply, is lending as a tool of power.

Iraq War’s ’Missing’ $6.6 Billion Is Discovered in Central Bank

October 26, 2011, 10:33 AM EDT

Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- A new Pentagon audit resolves a lingering Iraq-war mystery, concluding that $6.6 billion of U.S.- controlled reconstruction money was transferred to the Central Bank of Iraq, not lost or stolen.

The Coalition Provisional Authority, created by the U.S. to run Iraq after the invasion, controlled more than $20.7 billion during its 14-month life, including $6.6 billion held when it was dissolved on June 28, 2004.

“That money is not missing,” said Inspector General Stuart Bowen in a telephone interview.

A 2010 Bowen audit couldn’t account for the money. Today’s report says “sufficient evidence exists showing almost all” the $6.6 billion was transferred to the central bank.

The inability to account for the money led to suspicion in Iraq that the funds had been stolen. The Iraqi parliament’s Integrity Committee wrote the United Nations in June that “all indications are that the institutions of the United States of America committed financial corruption by stealing money.”

“That’s not true,” Bowen said. “This report answers the question about the $6.6 billion. We conclude it properly was accounted for by the Federal Reserve Board Bank of New York and Central Bank of Iraq.”

Oh well, that's all right then.

While Bowen's in such a chatty and informative mood, maybe someone should ask him about the US$2.3 trillion (Later 3.4 Tn) reported missing from the Pentagon, the day before 9/11.

999 call handler sacked for ignoring 140 calls including rape and child abuse reports

Last updated at 1:59 AM on 26th October 2011

A police officer who ignored dozens of 999 calls including reports of rape, child abuse and a break-in by a gunman as non–emergencies has been sacked.

The 58-year-old Metropolitan Police officer, who worked for one of Britain’s biggest 999 call centres, failed to send police to a number of life-threatening emergencies.

The ‘appalling and callous’ operator bungled more than 140 calls leaving victims in danger, including one woman who threatened to commit suicide and was merely told to go to her local police station if she wanted help.

In fact, there is a greater genetic difference between a Black Person and a White person than there is between a Wolf and a Chihuahua. And they are also perfectly capable of copulating and producing fertile offspring.

Over Half a $Million for Unused Handicap Ramp

This tale of terror from the statist utopia of San Francisco demonstrates not only why the insane Americans With Disabilities Act must be repealed at once, but why no matter how much Big Government loots from us, it will never be enough:

The city of San Francisco has completed work on a $515,000 wheelchair ramp that measures 10 feet.

It’s true. It all began last year when Board of Supervisors member Michela Alioto-Pier, who uses a wheelchair, complained that the dais serving the board’s meeting room in City Hall was not wheelchair-accessible. When she threatened to sue, the city went into overdrive to build a small ramp.

In typical bureaucratic fashion, a plan was procured. San Francisco City Hall is old by California standards, dating back to 1915. Because it’s a historic building, $50,000 was immediately spent to gain input from historical consultants. Next, an architectural and engineering firm was hired to design the ramp. Its bill was $170,000. Materials for the job cost $25,000, not including $49,000 for a brass handrail. Another $20,000 was spent on hazardous waste removal (what the heck they discovered that was so toxic was never disclosed). Labor costs for the project totaled a whopping $201,000.

At the end of the day, the fiscally insane San Francisco bureaucrats built a wheelchair ramp that cost $51,500 per linear foot.

At least Ms. Alioto-Pier has her precious ramp now — except that she left office before ever using it.

Obama rapidly expanding police state

It’s official. Federal goons squads from the TSA are now operating unconstitutional checkpoints on US highways in Tennessee.

From http://cofcc.org/page/2/

If you thought the Transportation Security Administration would limit itself to conducting unconstitutional searches at airports, think again. The agency intends to assert jurisdiction over our nation’s highways, waterways, and railroads as well. TSA launched a new campaign of random checkpoints on Tennessee highways last week, complete with a sinister military-style acronym — VIPR — as a name for the program.

As with TSA’s random searches at airports, these roadside searches are not based on any actual suspicion of criminal activity or any factual evidence of wrongdoing whatsoever by those detained. They are, in effect, completely random. So first we are told by the U.S. Supreme Court that American citizens have no 4th Amendment protections at border crossings, even when standing on U.S. soil. Now TSA takes the next logical step and simply detains and searches U.S. citizens at wholly internal checkpoints.

Nice to see Amerika moving forward. I wonder when they'll re-introduce that old Soviet hit ... the internal passport?

Papers, Comrade.

Take it back, folks. Before there is nothing to take back.

Napolitano Knew About Fast and Furious In 2009

October 27, 2011

Source: C-SPAN

Despite telling a House Judiciary Committee yesterday that she only learned of operation Fast and Furious in December last year when the controversy went public, Homeland Security chief Janet Napolitano actually helped launch the previous incarnation of the program, Project Gunrunner, at a White House press conference in March 2009.

“Napolitano, at one point likening the questioning to a cross-examination, said repeatedly she only learned of “Fast and Furious” after Border Patrol Agent Brian Terry was killed in December,” reports Fox News. “She emphasized the operation, conceived and run by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, “was an ATF operation,” under the auspices of the Justice Department, not her department.”

A quote:- Today we can hardly imagine that 65 years ago the victorious Allies were in the process of dismembering Germany, tearing down its economy and starving out its population. Older Germans remember the postwar winter of 1946/1947 as a dreadful hunger winter. In his book The German Question and the Origins of the Cold War (Milan 2008) Nicolas Lewkowicz notes that “Germany was given the most comprehensive treatment ever dispensed to a vanquished nation in the modern history of the international political system.” (p. 11) The question is how this treatment came to be and which forces played a pivotal role in these developments.

Thanks for the link to the Cellini biography. I am indeed very much an admirer of the Italian renessaince and the magnificent artists of that time (my personal favorite happens to be Brunellischi).

Comparing those times to the present, I find it astonishing that the Medici's, various popes and other assorted fat cats sponsored such marvelous artists. It was truly a case of a bad bunch coughing up the doe to create lasting beauty.

Nowadays, art buyers and rich folks in general seem intent to buy the Hirstian dreck that reflects the uglyness within their own souls.

That being said, I hope the dome in Florence will still stand when the shark in the tank is long rotten and forgotten.

I am not so well versed when it comes to modern "art". Cats like Tracey Emin or Damien Hirst are well nigh unavoidable if you follow the news, but apart from that, I try to steer well clear of those things.

There is actually a huge amount of evidence. I felt the same way back in the 70's, and fortuitously found a book called "The Art Game .. Again." A sequel to another called (you guessed it) "the Art Game"

Subsequent digging found that there was a huge push -- starting in the mid nineteenth century -- by a certain tribe to purposefully degrade western art.

I'll give you a clue. The name of the tribe did not begin with "Z" as in Zulu.

No.

It's a fictitious series about a nog detective, made (you've guessed it) by the BB-fuckin-C.

A quote from the synopsis:-

The dark psychological drama starring Idris Elba as John Luther, the near-genius detective struggling with his own demons.

Devastated by the brutal murder of his wife, John Luther returns to policing in a different world where he spends his time working on cold cases. With his old unit gone he begins working in the newly created Serious and Serial unit. Headed by former police complaints officer Martin Schenk, it's Luther's chance for a fresh start, but is it one he really wants?

Near-genius? Near-genius? Near-fucking-genius? Another keyboard shot to hell.

Obviously Auntie Beeb is doing some frantic damage control to dispel the negative image of the Tottennogs and their behavior.

This probably meant to do for nogs in the police what that shitty Helen Mirren series did for feminism ...
