Well, abortion is wrong. And you should look into the matter too - since the introduction of abortion in the United States the percentage of whites from the overall population is sharply decreasing.

I'm opposed to abortion, except in cases of rape, incest etc. However, I find that so many of the Christian Right are total hypocrites when it comes to it. They're against abortion for other people.

Equally they're generally not particularly good at managing their own families, as the Palin case shows.

I'm overjoyed Palin's on the ticket. Now that the religious right is on board, McCain has a much better chance of winning. Before Palin, lots of conservatives were planning not to vote, but they've changed their minds. It's essential to defeat Obama. Palin's daughter getting pregnant doesn't bother me a bit. Our current VP's daughter is an out lesbian, but that had no effect on anything.

Doesnt bother me either, except that using contraceptives would have prevented a - preumbably unintened - child into a the world by a very/too young mother.

I don't know savant, what's wrong with getting pregnant at 17? If the muslims and blacks are at it why can't we?

well, this is a good point anonymous 11.13. we need to fight back but i think 17 is too young to be a mother.

You shouldn't want children and neither should you not want children. Both are wrong! ExAb!!!

y soc - my point is that 17 is too young to be a mother. I'm in favour of children! You want some of mine?

Palin is the bomb diggidy!!! I don't really follow American politics but you couldn't help seeing Obama's face everywhere the whole year! He naturally stands out to people who don't give a shit cause "wow, we could be seeing the first black president of America!". That kind of exposure is only going to get you votes from the most random corners of the US, which all add up.

When it came to McCain though my "I don't care about American politics" kicked back in and I didn't pay attention. BUT THEN it started when I heard someones 17 year old daughter was pregnant I thought "NICE!" but I didn't have any idea who Palin was. This morning I watched the repeat of Palin's speech start to finish. She is amazing... she definately has a way of catching your attention and keeping it. Shes attracting attention for the same reasons B-Rock did...she's interesting and better than watching old granpas give speeches.

Oh and she put B-Rock in his place:
"There are people who use change to promote their career, then their is McCain who uses his career to promote change."
"He does not have any planned reforms for any laws."
Her speech really pointed out the solid facts - that Obama has nothing...he is an image, a dream...a man of straw!

I thought the independent energy thing was stoopid and they over emphasized terrorism a bit but hey, whatever pulls in the votes from the paranoid UFO starwars crowd right?!?

I'm really getting into late night American politics! It's like watching a new series... most exciting election yet!

And besides that I would nail any one of Palin's daughters over the age of 16....FACT!

Bet youd nail Palin herself as well - horny dog!

Hmm I considered it several times during the speech. There's just something about a do-it-all driven power-hungry cut throat woman that makes me monkey.

BUT
When the camera went behind her you can clearly see she has some booty on her...hidden well by the selection of clothing. Big curves aren't my thing.

Oh & she has 5 kids...

as someone who is an American and doesnt agree with Palin, I am still very happy she was picked.
Obama ,is jealous, liberals are really mad because Palin is really attractive and The rest of them are dogs.
the election is a bad joke anyway, but at least Palin really is an American, while Obama is more kenyan garbage
