Leasing vs. Buying

The math on the Paul McCartney-Heather Mills divorce is as follows:

After 5 years of marriage, he paid her £28 million. As suming he got a shot away every night during their 5 year relationship (which would NOT have happened!) it ended up costing him £15,334 each time.

On the other hand, Elliot Spitzer's call girl, Kristen, an absolute stunner with a body like no other, charges £2,500 an hour. For anything that your heart desires! Had Paul McCartney 'employed' Kristen for 5 years, he would've paid £4.6 million for an hour of sex every night for 5 years (a saving of £23.4 million).

Value-added benefits are: a 22 year old hot babe, no begging, no coaxing, never a headache, plays all requests, ability to put BOTH legs around you, no bitching and complaining or 'to do' lists. Best of all, she leaves when you're done and comes back when you ask her. All at 16 % or so of the cost, with no legal fees.

Sometimes leasing makes far more sense.

Indeed. As a Financial Planner this is something I have advocated for ages. Most of us wouldn't have women as friends if it weren't for the sex, and it is a misnomer that there is a lot of consensual sex in a marriage. Invariably a man has to beg. So from a wealth maximisation perspective you are spot on, and there are the added benefits of eternal youth and getting to say "suck my cock bitch" without repercussions.

Lol, funny post.

What do you think of this article from the Irish independent?

Times are changing, and political correctness is fading. ^^

They say she was a high-class whore. Jesus Crist, if that the case, what the hell is a LOW CLASS one?

"with no legal fees."

Actually, it has cost Mr. Spitzer legal fees, his career, and as a wealthy man, if the missus decides to dump him, the possibility of a grand settlement has gone way up.

All that and none of his records ever did as well as the musical mediocrity, Mr. Mills.
