Yes They've been caught out time and again, snow is a thing of the past etc, yet surprisingly, or even unsurprisingly, the masses still gobble it up. Twice within the last few months, locals have mentioned global warming to me. There is an old and huge cherry tree close by. When I was 18, which is 50 years ago, I wrote a mediocre poem about it called, unsurprisingly, "Cherry blossom". I found it sad that the good weather always brought it out too early, and the cold winds came back and killed off the flowers. That was weather then, but now it's climate change. I have pointed out the chemtrails to folks on numerous occasions, only to be met with strange looks of cognitive dissonance. It matters little now though as it seems that we are soon to be ruled by China and Russia, led by Israel. It's not the first time I heard it mentioned either. If we're all in for a raping and pillaging, I'd better buy some lube.

Rainmaking Is Used As Weapon by U.S.
The United States has been secretly seeding clouds over North Vietnam, Laos and South Vietnam to increase and control the rainfall for military purposes.
Government sources, both civilian and military, said during an extensive series of inter views that the Air Force cloud seeding program has been aimed most recently at hindering movement of North Vietnamese troops and equipment and suppressing enemy antiaircraft missile fire.
The weather manipulation in Indochina, which was first tried in South Vietnam in 1963, is the first confirmed use of meteorological warfare.
According to interviews, the Central Intelligence Agency initiated the use of cloud‐seeding over Hue, in the northern part of South Vietnam. “We first used that stuff in about August of 1963,” one former C.I.A. agent said, “when the Diem regime was having all that trouble with the Buddhists.”
“They would just stand around during demonstrations when the police threw tear gas at them, but we noticed that when the rains came they wouldn't stay on,” the former agent said.
“The agency got an Air America Beechcraft and had it rigged up with silver iodide,” he said. “There was another demonstration and we seeded the area. It rained.”

As Water Supply Reaches Record Low, California Combats Drought With Black-Ops Weather Control Technology From Vietnam War
On March 20, 1967, the U.S. Department of Defense began a top secret rainmaking campaign over large parts of North Vietnam and Laos known as Operation Popeye.
The operation used US C-130 aircraft from the Udorn Royal Thai Air Force Base to spray chemical mixtures designed to induce precipitation into cloud formations. In total, the U.S. flew 2,602 missions and expended 47,409 cloud seeding units over a period of five years.
According to declassified Defense Department documents, the objective of Operation Popeye was to "increase rainfall sufficiently in carefully selected areas to deny the [Viet Cong] the use of roads by (1) softening road surfaces, (2) causing landslides along roadways, (3) washing out river crossings, and (4) maintaining saturated soil conditions beyond the normal time span."
In 1971, a newspaper reporter named Jack Andersen exposed the secret Operation Popeye effort when he reported on a leaked 1967 memo from the Joint Chiefs of Staff to President Johnson [LBJ].

Meanwhile in the good old British legal system, we have a guy who dared to save lives. He however was stopped in time by TPTB's medical watchdog people. You plebs must remember that curing serious illness is only for the rich and famous, who all tend to reach 90, the rest of you get put down or are used to milk money out of the NHS. Not sure of any ethnicity issues, but suspect them of being there.

According to interviews, the Central Intelligence Agency initiated the use of cloud‐seeding over Hue, in the northern part of South Vietnam. “We first used that stuff in about August of 1963,” one former C.I.A. agent said, “when the Diem regime was having all that trouble with the Buddhists.”
“They would just stand around during demonstrations when the police threw tear gas at them, but we noticed that when the rains came they wouldn't stay on,” the former agent said.
“The agency got an Air America Beechcraft and had it rigged up with silver iodide,” he said. “There was another demonstration and we seeded the area. It rained.”

Horrifying what happened to David Noakes. Even if his product had no health benefit, and it almost certainly had, why was a custodial sentence required? Why not heavy fines, disbarment etc.? Of course other products like kangan water with no proven benefits are still sold freely everywhere. The reason for the draconian sentence was revealed when the judge spoke of Noakes' 'contempt for the regulatory regime'. Bingo.

The Law for the Restoration of the Professional Civil Service was a law passed by the National Socialist regime of Germany on 7 April 1933, two months after Adolf Hitler had attained power.
Article 1 of the Law claimed that in order to re-establish a "national" and "professional" civil service, members of certain groups of tenured civil servants were to be dismissed. Civil servants who were not of Aryan descent were to retire. Non-Aryans were defined as someone descended from non-Aryans, especially those descended from Jewish parents, or grandparents. Members of the Communist Party, or any related or associated organisation were to be dismissed. This meant that Jews, other non Aryans, and political opponents could not serve as teachers, professors, judges, or other government positions.
