Southern Comfort

Takes someone from the Old South to show some balls in combating the Religion of Peace. A proposed Tennessee law would make following Shariah law a felony, punishable by 15 years in jail. That’s my boy! Why don't we have people with this kind of ball power over here? Even better news, a dozen other states are considering anti-Shariah bills.

Naturally – of course – the local useful idiot dhimmis leap to arms. Charles Haynes, a “senior scholar” with the First Amendment Center in Nashville, disagrees. He said the bill is based on a complete misunderstanding of Shariah law, which he described as a set of voluntary religious rules, similar to Catholic canon law or Jewish religious law.

And you know what, maybe he’s right. Everywhere you go you see offenders insisting on cutting off their own hands or stoning themselves to death. Why, only today, walking along the main street of my little town I saw this guy cutting off his own head! “I have insulted the Prophet (peace be upon the bastard), and I insist on this punishment” he gurgled, at which point his head fell off onto the ground.

So maybe the ‘senior scholar’ is right after all........

Needless to say, the Feds will kill the initiative assuming it ever makes it into state law. Still, it's a good start to taking back our countries.

Reminds me of the Judean People's Front suicide squad.

Suicide Squad Leader: We are the Judean People's Front crack suicide squad! Suicide squad, attack!
[they all stab themselves]
Suicide Squad Leader: That showed 'em, huh?

Wise Man #1: We were led by a star.
Brian's mother: Led by a bottle, more like.

Brian's mother: He's not the Messiah. He's a very naughty boy!

Brian: I'm not a Roman, mum, I'm a kike, a yid, a heebie, a hook-nose, I'm kosher mum, I'm a Red Sea pedestrian, and proud of it!

Brian: I'm not the Messiah! Will you please listen? I am not the Messiah, do you understand? Honestly!
Girl: Only the true Messiah denies His divinity.
Brian: What? Well, what sort of chance does that give me? All right! I am the Messiah!
Followers: He is! He is the Messiah!
Brian: Now, fuck off!
Arthur: How shall we fuck off, O Lord?

Ah ... those were the days.

the current crop of British politicians have yet to learn a fundamental lesson; never kick a man when he's down ... he might just get up.

Libya: Gaddafi's billions to be seized by Britain

"The funds are expected to be seized within days. The Treasury is understood to have set up a unit to trace Col Gaddafi's assets in Britain, which are thought to include billions of dollars in bank accounts, commercial property and a £10 million mansion in London.

In total, the Libyan regime is said to have around £20 billion in liquid assets, mostly in London. These are expected to be frozen as part of an international effort to force the dictator from power.

A Whitehall source said: "The first priority is to get British nationals out of Libya. But then we are ready to move in on Gaddafi's assets, the work is under way. This is definitely on the radar at the highest levels."

Col Gaddafi was on Thursday accused of ordering the deaths of thousands of protesters, but he refused to surrender as Libya descended into civil war.

Meanwhile, the British Government struggled to assert its authority following a chaotic few days."

I wonder what would happen if Gaddaffi Duck managed to somehow claw his way back to power? And demanded his money back?

The Brits would mutter a few embarrassed excuses and quietly write him a cheque.

Can you see the current shower in power growing a pair and saying "No"?

Lesson number 1 in political thievery: Wait until the fucker's confirmed dead ... then steal his money.

Bloody amateurs. Who do they think he is? A taxpayer?

Hmmm...the ACLU and other liberal groups oppose Christians imposing religious beliefs as law in the USA. I wonder how they feel about Muslims doing the same?

Aviatrix said...

Californian - Muslims are an 'oppressed minority'. Different thing altogether.

Better by far that they should encourage the practice of Sharia law, genital mutilation, honour killings, and other similar traditions. If there is going to be an alien and hostile race living in a country, that fact might as well be shoved in the faces of the indigenous population every day, lest they forget the atrocity their rulers have inflicted on them.
It disgusts me to see politicians who have done nothing about immigration coming up with a law to do something like banning burqas, etc., and the sheeple bleating in appreciation of the crumbs thrown at them.

Aviatrix said...

Good point Rob - they caused the problem by unrestricted immigration and now jumping on the bandwagon when the disgusting practices of the interlopers are getting up the noses of the locals.

Dear Savant,

the radio told me that the Irish have elected a new satrap to enforce the EU's edicts.

I - and I am sure many others - would like to hear your opinion about the new man in charge.

Does Mr. Kenny perhaps have patriotic leanings and will he give Brussels a hard time?

Or will he assume the title of a viceroy, take up residence in Dublin castle and from there send forth the Black & Tans to extract famine inducing taxes and thus please his European overlords?

Also, how did that one nationalistic candidate which you endorsed do at the polls? Is nationalism on the rise in Ireland?

As usual, I don't trust the MSM to answer these questions in a honest manner and would warmly welcome your assesment.

Interesting things. Part 1.

Look for:-

Terror threats rising as FEMA orders $1 Billion in dehydrated food

Terror threats appear to be on the rise as FEMA has rushed a $1 Billion order of dehydrated food in the event of attacks on domestic targets in the US. This is also coming on the heels of one of the largest terror drills performed by the US Navy on American soil, as Operation Solid Curtain is taking place this week.

In an article Tuesday from the Beaufort Observer, many of the largest suppliers of dehydrated foods in the country are dropping their distributors and customers to dedicate their resources to supplying a billion dollar FEMA request and purchase.

One of the nation's largest suppliers of dehydrated food has cut loose 99% of their dealers and distributors. And it's not because of the poor economy. It's because this particular industry leader can no longer supply their regular distribution channels. Why not? Because they're using every bit of manufacturing capacity they have to fulfill massive new government contracts. Look, the government has always been a customer of the industry to some extent. But according to our sources, this latest development doesn't represent simply a change of vendor on the government's part. It's a whole new magnitude of business.

and ...

Interesting things. Part 1.

America won't easily let you go, either

There are many countries in less financial trouble than the USA (Australia and Canada, for starters) so some Americans may be thinking of greener pastures. Emigrating, however, is not as difficult as it was for citizens of Communist countries but it still does have its barriers

The reason Americans are, by far, the most oppressed and controlled is because even if you leave the US you are still under control of the US Government and obligated to pay taxes in the US, for life, no matter if you never return to the US. Even if you surrender your US passport, something which is highly recommended but difficult to do, they still claim a period of 10 years whereby they can tax you. And that's not even to mention that it is illegal to leave the US in order to avoid paying taxes!

Hi Franz. Very little difference with the new guy - a lightweight. However his party Fine Gael
would have a lot more intelligent and well-informed members than the outgoing (mis)government. However, that's like saying someone's the tallest dwarf.

Temperentally the party would be veru conservative and would be the least likely of any to tell Brussels take a jump, unfortunately.

Nationalism not really on the rise - FG the least nationalistic and most pro-British of any party. For the most part people know we're a lot to blame ourselves for the mess, but are agrieved that the previous government has dumped all the bank debt onto the general population. Inm very un-Irish fashion, people seem to be taking things lying down. You just realise that despite the cutbacks the general population still has one of the highest standards of living in Europe. Needless to say, if we have to pay back the full €90 billion we'd be beggared for a generation.

It's a case of watch this space I'd say. The whole Euro project could easily bite the dust anyway.

many thanks for taking the time to reply. Your assesment confirmed my "guesstimate" about the new Irish government's attitude vis a vis the EU.

Seeing that Mr Kenny making a "Fuck You" speech in the general direction of Brussels is a rather unlikely event, I won't go short EUR/CHF just yet.

Again, many thanks!

What is really pathetic about this law is all the knee-jerk liberals who absolutely hate anyhting connected with Christianity doing all sorts of logical backflips to try to paint the law as crazy and unnecessary. They are taking the word of a Muslim that Sharia would be no big deal.
