Haiti: A lesson for Europeans

John McManus provided a ‘Letter From Haiti’ in the Irish Times last week. The country’s landscape and beaches are stunningly beautiful, and it could be the leading tourist destination in the Caribbean. However its poverty, crime, violence, open sewers, polluted beaches, fatherless families and its status as the poorest country in the Western Hemisphere have put paid to that.


Add a disastrous security problem “security requirements are ever-present, all over the country. Even in this quiet backwater foreigners must be conscious of security, which in essence means a western bodyguard”. Kidnapping apparently is the country’s only successful industry.

Scrap tourism, then.

What about agriculture?

“Despite the fertile soil and almost ideal conditions for agriculture, the country’s 11 million inhabitants cannot feed themselves”. And who does it for them? The much-maligned ‘West’, of course, while Cuba provides its doctors.

Despite the rich soil and billions in foreign aid, McManus sees little hope in a country where "farmers leave irrigation systems to rot, and depend on the rains to grow a single crop of corn on lands that could support two or three harvests a year”.

He despairs of a solution – and an explanation for why it’s such a disaster. I can provide the explanation in one word: Africans. Haiti is made up almost 100% of descendents of African slaves, and the situation there is a mirror image of what we see all over Africa. And what we see in Europe when large numbers of Africans are let in.

Isn't it true that crime, poverty, violence, family breakdown, fatherless families and no-go suburbs are synonymous with black inhabitants? This is why we need to completely stop black immigration, and to send back as many as we possibly can, even if it means paying them to go.

And here’s a kicker. Haiti has been independent since 1804 – 204 years! One of the oldest in the world. So you can't blame the evil colonialists for this one. They’ve had over 200 years to fuck the place up, and boy, have they succeeded.

Islam flexes its muscles in 'Europe's Capital'

Brigitte Grouwels, is a local politician in Brussels. These are some extracts from an interview she gave on Dutch TV.

"In a number of neighborhoods in Brussels there are fewer and fewer women on the street. Muslim girls are troubled if they don't wear a headscarf. Ethnic Belgian women are jeered at and called whores if they dare show a piece of naked belly. "An atmosphere of intolerance prevails. Ethnic Belgian women tell me that they wear a scarf because then they aren't bothered any more."

Q: Have you yourself been troubled?

A: Yes, and my daughter repeatedly, just as her friends. Those are young women dressed according to fashion, with small blouses and even a bit of naked belly. Immigrant girls are accosted if they don't wear a headscarf, but also simply because they walk in the street, or if they dare laugh with each other.

Take the Zuidlaan across from the South Station. In the past it was a completely mixed neighborhood, where many Belgians had a store. Now it's a neighborhood where immigrant shops dominate, which are controlled by a specific type of men. They look from the cafes at everybody who passes by and intimidate women. An atmosphere of intolerance prevails. Women can't dress like they would want. Well, we are fed up of being called a whore on the street and jeered at because we are not dressed according to the notions of certain men.

Q: Who do those men say?

A: Remarks like you don't belong here [note: these are Moroccans and Turks saying this to native Belgians], how do you walk dressed, you're a whore. It is a form of verbal abuse that is very disturbing. There are women who tell me if we put a cloth on our head, we're not accosted any more. Well, that is a step too far.

Q: So it's the Belgians who must adapt to the immigrants?

A: So it is yes. Women must be able to walk about safely night and day. We haven't fought 50 years for our liberation in order to be set back in time now. We don't want that in any neighborhood in Brussels.

Q: Who are those men?

A: It's particularly Moroccan youth, who think they have a right to impose their standards on girls. It also happen by the Turks, particularly in their community, but it's just as unacceptable. They must also have the right to decide how they want to dress. If we want to show our naked bellies, those men have nothing to do with it.

Well, I've got news for you Brigitte. These men have a lot to do with it and, as their numbers grow, their influence will grow correspondingly. The only solution is to confront them at every turn. Make them realise that we simply won't tolerate their intolerance. But I forgot - that'd be Islamaphobia, wouldn't it?

Immigration: A Refresh (3)

OK, a comment from Harce on the previous post. I have to agree that there's a lot of truth in what he says. On reflection, I think that, bad and all as things are, there's no way that there could be an immigrant population representing one third of the native Irish.

So here's his comment:


yeah, lets run away in panic. whoever wrote that has next to no idea of what he/she is talking about.using the PPS nb as a base for the calculation means that the wannabe mathematician assumes that every immigrant who ever worked in ireland is still here (well, deducting the 500k at random wont fix a false assumption).in fact - of course

I don't know the figure; nobody does - but I can bet that most of thus PPS nbs are dead - loads of immigrants come in only for the summer season - which is the case for majority of students (but fear no more, the Netherlands opened their borders for Poles, that would stop any student), then the child thing - whatever you believe immigrants are not really in to the whole bunny thing - being in a foreign country, often with high stress levels and spending most of the time in work does not sound like the best mating conditions to me, and even if - I know people who came back to wherever they came from just because they had children, which again falsifies the figues given.

And as a simple conclusion - beware of the immigrant bogeyman or as an old anarchist proverb says: "no war between people, no peace between classes" - there's loads of politicians making money/getting to power over fictitious threats and immigration is one of them - unless you live be a war zone with loads of refuges, migrants will just move out if there is an actual problem with their numbers.


Some closing comment from me here: First, haven't heard the "no war between people, no peace between classes" for a long time. Bakunin came up with it I think and it was based on Marxist principles. But my comment is this: The very best way to avoid war between peoples is to avoid potentially explosive mixing. As I said in the original post, some immigrants can be very easily assimilated, others will give rise to endless problems. Avoid these problems by not having them here. I think that's pretty simple.

And by the way, far from making immigrants a bogeyman, to me it's abundantly clear that nobody, least of all our timid politicians, can even raise the issue in polite company.

Immigration: A Refresh (2)

The Irish population in the 2006 cencus was 3,661.560.Between 1999 and 2006 , a figure of 725,303 immigrants were granted PPS numbers (Sources: Dept. of Trade and the CSO).It is reasonable to expect these people had some dependents with them and gave birth while here to more.

So lets say a figure of 100,000,which is probably a conservative estimate.A figure of approx. 100,000 illegals were granted residency throught the 'Irish Born Child' scheme.Large numbers of illegal immigants are acknowledged to be here coming via various routes including bogus education courses.One example is chinese who are reported to be 100,000 strong here.

There are also large illegal immigrant populations including brazilians,pakistanis, nigerians and a variety of other african countries.It is reasonable to conclude the illegal immigrant population to be 200,000.There is also a green card scheme in operation which I dont have figures for.If you add the figures above the total comes to 1,125,303 or 30.7 % of the Irish population.

Yes that figure is 30.7% of the Irish population,that has been the increase in our population from legal and illegal immigration since 1999 to 2006. If you accept that 500,000 have left Ireland ,even then the immigrant population here would still be 17.07%.

Its reasonable to conclude that there is an immigrant population,legal and illegal here that amounts to 20% of the Irish population and this invasion(and thats an accurate description) has occurred in just 7 years from 1999 to 2006.Please note there are nt figures available for the years 2007 to 2008 but there is likely an addition of another 100,000 at least.Frightening stuff.

Ruth Dudley Edwards on Islam

Fine article by Ruth Dudley Edwards on Islam. Thought it was going to be the usual pussy peecee stuff, but far from it.

"There is much in my personal and working life that, early on, put me in the camp of those who believe Islamism is a totalitarian threat that could destroy our civilisation within a few decades with the help of the West-loathing Left, the wimpish Right, the political and diplomatic wishful thinkers, the massed ranks of risk-averse politically correct bien-pensants and the cowards who want to avoid confrontation at all costs – not to speak of the innumerable peaceable British Muslims who allow bullies and bigots to represent them in the media and who buy into the comfort blanket of victimhood.

As for the media, for which I write, they have become so terrified of offending Muslims and making Islamists cross that they refused to do their job as reporters of news and publish the series of cartoons mocking the prophet Mohammed that appeared in a Danish newspaper and which led to Danish citizens being threatened and their country's goods boycotted.

Not only did British newspaper proprietors and editors think freedom of speech not worth fighting for, but Jack Straw, then our Foreign Secretary, condemned as "disrespectful" those European newspapers honourable enough to print the cartoons.

The Ireland from which I fled in 1965 taught me how a powerful religion can get its way by bullying and frightening politicians and influencing a susceptible electorate. Still, it would be unfair to compare the Irish version of Rome Rule with what Islamists wish to impose on us: even our most reactionary bishops were educated; the Enlightenment had not passed them by.

Islamists would burn our books, indoctrinate our children into thinking like seventh-century nomads and outlaw joy. "An Islamic regime must be serious in every field," explained Ayatollah Khomeini. "There are no jokes in Islam. There is no humour in Islam. There is no fun in Islam." Roman Catholics might believe in an after-life but they do not yearn to get there: IRA terrorists – even the hunger-strikers – hoped to live. The Islamist brainwashing of the vulnerable – combined with what Bernard Lewis, author of The Crisis of Islam, describes as "the minutely described delights of paradise" – has given us the suicide bombers."

Immigration: A refresh

As you may know, I occasionally go through the Web to see what the world is saying about this site. As you'd expect, the most common reaction is that we're a 'racist hate site'. I've responded to this already here.

But I also see that I'm classed as 'anti-immigrant'. This is not true, or at least it's a gross over-simplification. There are two primary factors involved: quantity and quality. The time-frame of course is also important, the longer the process the easier the assimilation.

Very small quantities of immigrants (say <0.1%> 5%) will have a significant impact, on infrastructure, housing, health and education services etc.

Now move to quality. By quality I don't necessarily mean qualifications or skills, although that comes into it, rather I mean the extent to which the immigrants will impact the host society, and the extent to which they will and can assimilate. While acknowledging that exceptions occur (e.g. honest, hard-working Nigerians, lazy stupid Jews), every immigrant group has its distinct characteristics. These characteristics will determine their impact as immigrants.

So let's classify.

First, anybody coming to Ireland from the 'Anglosphere' (UK, USA, Australia, Canada etc.) will be almost invisible as an immigrant from the day he arrives. Almost a non-issue. Next come 'other Europeans' such as French, Swedes etc.) who also would easily assimilate.

Sweeping up the rear then you have two clear groupings, Africans and Muslims. I needn't go into the suitability of either grouping, as this blog is largely devoted to chronicling their distinct lack of same. Suffice to say that black Africans have fucked everywhere they've gone, and Muslims have caused trouble everywhere they've gone, and even where they've lived for centuries. For the most part the 'host' population won't assimilate with Africans (for very obvious reasons) while the Muslims don't want to assimilate with us. So both of those groups virtually guarantee a balkanisation of our country - or any Western country.

In Ireland, as usual, we've screwed up royally, and on both counts. We've allowed in vast numbers of immigrants (possibly 15% of our population over the last 10 years) and we seem to have carefully selected the worst of them.

We can see the results. Black gettoes, schools, and the beginnings of white flight. Growing demands from Muslims on a whole range of issues as their numbers increase. Both developments inevitably leading to the disaster we see before us every day in England, France, Holland etc.

If opposing this development makes me anti-immigrant, then so be it. But I don't believe it does.

Rotimi rises again

Rotimi Adebari is Ireland’s first (and hopefully last) black mayor. Despite his cover story being revealed as a tissue of lies (see this), he still holds his mayoral job, courtesy of a see-no-evil MSM (mainstream media). A good example of this was the Irish Times’ Magazine section that ‘celebrated’ his year in office.

Interviews with the Mayor were, in the best journalistic traditions, probing and meticulous, while answers were cross-referenced to prime sources. Here’s an excerpt from the IT panegyric article on Saturday:

IT: “What do you say to allegations that, far from fleeing persecution in Nigeria, you actually ‘fled’ here from London Transport, where you were a train driver?”

Rotimi: “I was very hurt”

IT: “Perhaps you were. However, if the allegations were true, it means that your whole presence here is based on a fundamental lie”

Rotimi: “But it’s not true. I've said that time and again”

IT: “You have indeed. However, a number of people have come forward confirming that in fact they did work with you in London Transport. As a responsible journalist, I've checked with London Transport and their records show that, unless, you have an exact doppelganger, with the same name, you were indeed employed by them”

Rotimi: “Don't make me laugh. You’re not a responsible journalist. You’re a MSM hack who’s here to swallow and regurgitate any crock of shit that, as an African, I pass on to you”

IT: “Ok, you’re right. So what’s your response to the allegation?”

Rotimi: “I deny it and am hurt by it”

IT: “Ok, just let me write that down”.

Rotimi sadly relates the story of his early days here when his application for a job in a car wash was turned down with the explanation “I have no problem with you Rotimi, it’s just that we’ve been told to be very cautious with Nigerians”

Well! How in God’s name could they have come to that impression?

Here’s one of the gems from the article: “and yet, he has a romantic belief in the nobility of work” I kid you not. The ‘journalist' actually wrote that down, presumably with a straight face.

Then Rotimi, in philosophical mood asks ‘what will I leave for the generations following me?’. Well Rotimi, your Savant can help here, based on experience elsewhere. You’ll leave an ever-growing throng of violent welfare dependent jail-bait. Now that was easily answered, wasn’t it?

Then ‘I am an African. I am proud to be African’. To which I ask – why?

The ‘journalist’ reassures us that Rotimi is as happy as if he’d seen an unguarded ATM machine he’s ever been. Only one fly in the ointment- his ‘diversity consultancy’ has suffered due to all the work he’s been doing as mayor. Cue the offer of another dollop of taxpayers’ cash for Rotimi.

I suspect we’re far from having seen the end of this enterprising Nigerian.

Stacking the decks at the University of Cape Town

The inherent contradictions in Affirmative Action (AA) always amuse me. The same people who propagate AA are the very ones who will ridicule racial definitions. 'Race is a social construct', or 'how can you differentiate between races? Where do you draw the line?' This becomes especially fevered if you argue that IQ is genetically (racially) endowed.

Well, you can have one argument, but you can't have both. AA is based on racial classification, so if there's no such thing as race, how do you decide who qualifies? Furthermore, the fight for racial equality, pursued most notably in South Africa and the USA, rested on the premise that discrimination on the basis of race was the foulest of crimes. But what else but discrimination on the basis of race is AA?

A further counter-point can be made on the basis of 'well, if all races are equal, why do 'victim races' (i.e. non-whites) need preferential treatment?'. The decidedly unconvincing answer is along the lines of 'well, they've been damaged by generations of discrimination'. So were the Jews, but it certainly didn't hold them back.

Ultimately of course, AA proponents will be forced to acknowledge the lower IQ and achievement levels of blacks. There's no escaping it. Thus we have the exquisite irony of the University of Cape Town (UCT) being flushed out and forced to admit to grim reality. Its admissions programme to medicine for next year has specified the following average grades:

Whites: 91%
Indians: 88%
Coloureds: 78%
Blacks: 74%

For which I say to UCT, thank you. You have confirmed what I know and what has strenuously been denied by the MSM for years. You've had no choice. Either stack the deck in favour of those of lower intelligence, or else they don't get in.

The racial classifications are just the same as apartheid - except then the whites didn't need the decks stacked in their favour.

The voyage of the Tampa

Who remembers the Tampa saga, where, in September 2001 a boat load of asylum seekers traveled the seas having been refused entry to Australia? If you’re Australian you certainly do, as the incident brought unparalleled odium on that country – often from Australians themselves.

The story really begins in June 2001 when a boat departed from the Cambodian port of Sihanoukville en route for Australia organized by the people smuggler Hasan Ayoub. It had 241 Afghans and Pakistanis on board who had paid between $US5,000 and $US10,000 for their journey. The boat (a siev) was intercepted and most of those detained were found to be carrying Pakistani and Afghan passports, many Afghan documents indicating long term residency of Pakistan.
The asylum seekers would have been able to apply for asylum in Cambodia as that country is a Signatory to the UN Convention and Protocol Relating to the Status of Refugees. Only after interception did many of the group apply to the UNHCR for asylum, and then lived in a Phnom Penh hotel under an IOM care and maintenance program while their claims were being processed. Note that only 14 of the 241 (6%) were accepted by the UNHCR as refugees in need of resettlement.
Undaunted, they set off again a few months later in a wooden fishing boat, the Palapa, together with about another 200 Afghans and Pakistanis At dawn on August 24, 2001 it became stranded in international waters about 140 km north of Christmas Island. The Australian rescue authorities had been the first to become aware of the vessel's distress, and for some time attempted to have the Indonesian authorities attend to the rescue as it was the closest landfall.
However, the Muslim Brotherhood didn’t hold up on this occasion, and it was left to a ship – the Tampa - from the pagan, godless free-loving Norway to effect the rescue. The rescue was duly undertaken, and the captain headed for Indonesia in line with standard maritime practice.
You’d now imagine that the ‘victims’ would be ecstatic, having not only been rescued from a sinking hulk, but now heading for the world’s largest Muslim country. Not quite. In fact, when they learned of the destination the put a gun to the captain's head - well, to be precise they put a knife to his throat, and said in effect ‘are you fucking insane? We didn’t pay all that money to land in some Islamic hell-hole – head for the heathen fleshpot of Australia’. They helpfully pointed out, according to Captain Rinnan that ‘there would be dire consequences for safety of ship, crew and passengers if he did not’.
With an offer like that, the captain didn’t have much choice, as the passengers outnumbered the crew by more than 10 to 1. However, the Australians didn’t take too kindly to this and refused them landing rights, thus precipitating the saga of the Tampa. Their Ambassador to the UN pointed out, not unreasonably, "it is important that people understand that Australia has no obligation under International law to accept the rescued persons in to Australian territory”.
But he was confused. Because this wasn’t about international law, this was about getting whitey to pick up the tab. And when whitey, in this case represented by Australia, demurred, the reaction was apoplectic. Australia was vilified throughout the world. The Saudis, taking time out from beheading foreign slaves poverty stricken foreign workers, appealed, I'm not joking, for the Australians to ‘show mercy’. Just to be clear, this is the Saudis asking the Australians to show mercy. One commentator referred to ‘the Australian government's mind-bogglingly brutal and irrational stance’.
The asylum seekers were taken to the Pacific island of Nauru and held there pending a resolution. As usual, thanks in large part to a preening Australian lawyers, most of them eeventually were granted asylum, most in either to Australia or New Zealand, where presumably they’re now established members of Hizb ul Taher, or whatever these fanatics call themselves. Ireland took in a few, who subsequently caused endless trouble.
A few points worth noting:
These ‘unfortunates’ paid, as I mentioned, between $5,000 and $10,00 – each. Extrapolating Afghanistan’s per capita income to Ireland, this would mean a sum of about $700,000 to us. What ever about unfortunate, they certainly weren’t poor.
Australia has a well-defined immigration system (although misguided in that they’re allowing hundreds of thousands of Muslims in) and applicants form, or are supposed to form, an orderly queue while their applicants are processed. What the Tampa people did was, quite simply, queue jump. Or more correctly, given that they had earlier been refused asylum status by the UN, simply forced Australia’s hand by hijacking the Tampa.
Much hand-wringing took place over the imprisonment of the ‘refugees’ while their claim was processed. The UN reported that ‘Australia was creating widespread depression among asylum seekers by holding them indefinitely’. But this is nonsense. They were free to go any time they wished. In fact the Australians would, I'm sure, have provided first class air flights back to Pakistan if the 'refugees' had asked.
Finally, they passed up the opportunity for resettlement in a number of countries on their way, including several Muslim states, setting their sights instead on Australia. Quite clearly they weren’t fleeing from somewhere, they were fleeing to a specific place.
The lesson to draw? Whitey and the West will always get the blame for others’ problems. These wealthy pirates, out to queue jump at best, enter by illegal force at worst, were given a free pass, while the Australians’ reputation was dragged through the mud. And whitey was the main player in this act of self-destruction.

Ethnic conflict in 40% of Dutch schools

Immigrant and ethnic Dutch students are fighting in school more and more often. According to data from the education inspection, almost 40% of secondary schools had ethnic conflicts last year, an increase of 10% in two years.There were ethnic conflicts between students in almost 250 secondary schools.

Fights, discrimination and problems with extreme-right 'Lonsdale youth' happen the most in vocational and technical schools.There's a marked increase of such violence in university preparatory schools (havo and vwo), where 30% of the schools deal with ethnic clashes, twice as many as a year earlier.

Dr. Jaap van Donselaar, says that tensions have increased already since the murder of Pim Fortuyn. According to him it's mostly not extreme-right or radical Muslim youthm but rather groups who clash due to culture differences, which happens when they meet out in town or in the school yard.In Uithoorn, for example, Londsdale and immigrant youth set up a fight in school during carnival. In a school in Heerlen Londsdale youth were ambushed by immigrants, and in Rotterdam a white students was abused because he associated with immigrant students.

Van Donselaar says that the actual numbers are much higher and that such incidents are often not reported. Many schools are afraid of getting a bad name.

Brace yourself, Ireland.

West Africa reverts to barbarity

Although not one of the world-s best-selling authors, Robert D. Kaplan is one of the most authoritative writers on international affairs. Although professing unconventional views, his work is a must read at the top levels of the US State Department and the UN. An article in the Atlantic Monthly referred to by Parapundit shows why.

Although written fourteen years ago, it proves to be remarkably prescient. In essence his message is that West Africa is reverting to barbarity. And that we won't escape that barbarity. You can access the full article here.

"West Africa is becoming the symbol of worldwide demographic, environmental, and societal stress, in which criminal anarchy emerges as the real "strategic" danger. Disease, overpopulation, unprovoked crime, scarcity of resources, refugee migrations, the increasing erosion of nation-states and international borders, and the empowerment of private armies, security firms, and international drug cartels are now most tellingly demonstrated through a West African prism. West Africa provides an appropriate introduction to the issues, often extremely unpleasant to discuss, that will soon confront our civilization. To remap the political earth the way it will be a few decades hence—as I intend to do in this article—I find I must begin with West Africa.

The cities of West Africa at night are some of the unsafest places in the world. Streets are unlit; the police often lack gasoline for their vehicles; armed burglars, carjackers, and muggers proliferate. "The government in Sierra Leone has no writ after dark," says a foreign resident, shrugging. When I was in the capital, Freetown, last September, eight men armed with AK-47s broke into the house of an American man. They tied him up and stole everything of value.

Forget Miami: direct flights between the United States and the Murtala Muhammed Airport, in neighboring Nigeria's largest city, Lagos, have been suspended by order of the U.S. Secretary of Transportation because of ineffective security at the terminal and its environs. A State Department report cited the airport for "extortion by law-enforcement and immigration officials."

This is one of the few times that the U.S. government has embargoed a foreign airport for reasons that are linked purely to crime. In Abidjan, effectively the capital of the Cote d'Ivoire, or Ivory Coast, restaurants have stick- and gun-wielding guards who walk you the fifteen feet or so between your car and the entrance, giving you an eerie taste of what American cities might be like in the future. An Italian ambassador was killed by gunfire when robbers invaded an Abidjan restaurant. The family of the Nigerian ambassador was tied up and robbed at gunpoint in the ambassador's residence.

After university students in the Ivory Coast caught bandits who had been plaguing their dorms, they executed them by hanging tires around their necks and setting the tires on fire. In one instance Ivorian policemen stood by and watched the "necklacings," afraid to intervene.

"The boys who took power in Sierra Leone come from houses like this." The Minister jabbed his finger at a corrugated metal shack teeming with children. "In three months these boys confiscated all the official Mercedes, Volvos, and BMWs and willfully wrecked them on the road." The Minister mentioned one of the coup's leaders, Solomon Anthony Joseph Musa, who shot the people who had paid for his schooling, "in order to erase the humiliation and mitigate the power his middle-class sponsors held over him." Are you listening, all you charities who waste billions of our money every year?

Sierra Leone is a microcosm of what is occurring, albeit in a more tempered and gradual manner, throughout West Africa and much of the underdeveloped world: the withering away of central governments, the rise of tribal and regional domains, the unchecked spread of disease, and the growing pervasiveness of war.

West Africa is reverting to the Africa of the Victorian atlas. It consists now of a series of coastal trading posts, such as Freetown and Conakry, and an interior that, owing to violence, volatility, and disease, is again becoming, as Graham Greene once observed, "blank" and "unexplored." But of course it won't be that of the rest of the world, will it? No, only that of the 'West', which alone allows massive immigration from Africa. You won't see the oil-rich Arabs doing it, nor the Chinese nor the Japanese. But we do. And by doing it we're importing Africa's problems, not solving them. And by endlessly supplying millions of tons of food every year we're ensuring that the problem keeps growing nicely.

We're doing it to ourselves folks. We could stop and even reverse it if we had the will. But the PC and Victim Industries are too powerful. And again, they're too powerful because we let them be.

Millions of Brits flee - replaced by Turd Worlders

The Daily Mail provides some interesting analysis on net immigration figures for the UK.

The majority of the two million immigrants to Britain since 1991 are here to stay, according to an analysis of official figures. Most new arrivals come from 'Third World' areas such as Africa and India. My, who'd have guessed?

According to the Migrationwatch think-tank, which provided the analysis, people from this group are less likely to return home. Why should they? Roosting at the UK taxpayers’ expense, and getting the rules changed for them as they wish.Only 8 per cent of immigrants between 1991 and 2006 came from the new European Union nations of Eastern Europe.

There were only five countries which took more emigrants from Britain than sent immigrants here. These included Australia, which had net immigration from Britain of 212,000, and New Zealand, which gained 44,000 overall. The 15 western countries in the European Union - including France, Spain and Portugal, countries which attract tens of thousands of British expats - gained 72,000 more immigrants from Britain than they sent emigrants here.

All the other parts of the world sent more migrants to Britain than they took from the UK, the breakdown showed. It recorded a surplus of 633,000 from countries with few historic or current ties to the UK, including non-Commonwealth African nations such as Somalia (Jesus Christ!) and Congo (!), as well as Indonesia and the Far East.

Net immigration from the Indian sub- continent (read Muslims from Pakistan and Bangladesh) totalled 597,000 between 1991 and 2006.

There were just 205,000 immigrants from the new EU countries. Most of them are thought to have arrived just before and after April 2004 - the date Poland and eight other countries joined the Union. With masterly understatement The Director of MigrationWatch observed 'It is hard to avoid the conclusion that those arriving from Third World countries are unlikely to go home.”

Adding “supporters of immigration have tried to give the impression that the majority come from the new EU member states and that, in time as their economies improve, they will return home, thus implying that public fears are groundless. But the Government's own figures show that this is far from the case.”

The net effect? 2.3 million Turd Worlders have come in, 2.1 million native Brits have left. Great work lads.

A recipe for true love

Sexual relations outside of marriage are illegal in Iran, for the most part a traditional society where young people normally are encouraged by their families to marry in their 20s and swiftly bear children. The country is also in the midst of an unprecedented "moral" crackdown which has seen tens of thousands of women warned by the police for dress deemed to be un-Islamic. "

Note: this is the same country and the same religion where their venerable ex-leader Ayatollah Khomenei assured men that sex with babies was fine once 'penetration' didn't take place. See this post. And why not? The 'Prophet' had a six-year old wife after all.

Why we submit to the PC dictatorship

Every well-run airport applies rigorous regulations regarding the pickup of arriving passengers. You get a taxi, bus or other designated form of public transport, all in their appropriate places with appropriate queues. If you want somebody to pick you up privately, he leaves the car in the car park and meets you in person. Without this, total chaos would obviously reign.

Last week, while waiting to use the ATM at Dublin Airport, I got a demonstration of how quickly even one vehicle can bring about such chaos. In this instance an African cultural enricher drove right up to the door and parked in a highly restricted area. And waited. Chaos duly ensued as traffic backed up and furious drivers tried to get into the right-hand lane. He totally ignored the pandemonium. In fact he probably didn’t hear it, as the ‘music’ in his car was so loud I could hear it from inside the glass.

Eventually a troupe of Africans emerged, laden down with massive amounts of baggage. How any plane could take off carrying these monsters and their equally monstrous baggage, I find hard to imagine. Anyway, while law-abiding arrivals took their place in the queues, these cultural enrichers took a long leisurely time to load up. Again, totally ignoring the furious blowing and screaming brakes.

Eventually they all got in and somehow managed to pack their luggage on board also. Even then they didn’t move. I don't know what was going on, but it must have been another ten minutes before they finally headed off, a-hootin’ an’ a-hollerin’, heading for the nearest Social Welfare Office (As you can see on the left, I managed to capture this happy occasion on my camera).

Reading this you might well comment ‘so what – this is the way Africans behave everywhere’. And you’d be right. The purpose of this post is to point out that, all during this escapade, the uniformed security staff, who swarmed all over the place, never went near the offenders.

To find out why – of course I knew why – I asked ‘if I parked there for even a few seconds you’d have had me. Why didn’t you move those people on?’ After a certain amount of evasion he eventually came up with the real answer - it just wasn’t worth it. The occupants would have immediately cried racism, and the Victim Industry would have swung into action. Inquiries, lawsuits, apologies, and possibly disciplinary action for the staff.

The same reason that police won't pull in blacks who don't have either tax or insurance on their cars – i.e. all blacks. They’ll just get too much hassle. The rest of us are much easier to deal with.

Yes folks, that's what it’s come to.

SCHOOL -- 1958 vs. 2008

Scenario : Jack goes quail hunting before school, pulls into school parking lot with shotgun in gun rack.

1958 - Vice Principal comes over, looks at Jack's shotgun, goes to his car and gets his shotgun to show Jack.

2008 - School goes into lock down, FBI called, Jack hauled off to jail and never sees his truck or gun again. Counselors called in for traumatized students and teachers.

Scenario: Johnny and Mark get into a fistfight after school.

1958 - Crowd gathers. Mark wins. Johnny and Mark shake hands and end up buddies.

2008 - Police called, SWAT team arrives, arrests Johnny and Mark. Charge them with assault, both expelled even though Johnny started it.

Scenario : David breaks a window in his neighbor's car and his Dad gives him a whipping with his belt.

1958 - David is more careful next time, grows up normal, goes to college, and becomes a successful businessman.

2008 - David's dad is arrested for child abuse (I wouldn't be 100% against that). David removed to foster care and joins a gang. State psychologist tells David's sister that she remembers being abused herself and their dad goes to prison. David's mom has affair with psychologist.

Scenario : Mark gets a headache and takes some aspirin to school .

1958 - Mark shares aspirin with Principal out on the smoking dock.

2008 - Police called, Mark expelled from school for drug violations. Car searched for drugs and weapons.

Scenario : Pedro fails high school English.

1958 - Pedro goes to summer school, passes English , goes to college.

2008 - Pedro's cause is taken up by state. Newspaper articles appear nationally explaining that teaching English as a requirement for graduation is racist. ACLU files class action lawsuit against state school system and Pedro's English teacher. English banned from core curriculum. Pedro given diploma anyway but ends up mowing lawns for a living because he cannot speak English.

Scenario : Johnny takes apart leftover firecrackers from 4th of July, puts them in a model airplane paint bottle, blows up a red ant bed.

1958 - Ants die.

2008 - BATF, Homeland Security, FBI called. Johnny charged with domestic terrorism, FBI investigates parents, siblings removed from home, computers confiscated, Johnny's Dad goes on a terror watch list and is never allowed to fly again.

Scenario : Johnny falls while running during recess and scrapes his knee. He is found crying by his teacher, Mary. Mary hugs him to comfort him.

1958 - In a short time, Johnny feels better and goes on playing.

2008 - Mary is accused of being a sexual predator and loses her job. She faces 3 years in State Prison. Johnny undergoes 5 years of therapy .

US walks from UN Rights Council

The UN Human Rights Council (HRC) has become a joke over the years. What else would you expect from a organisation that elects to its governing body human rights luminaries such as Saudi Arabia (I'm not joking), Nigeria, Algeria, Egypt, Morocco and China?

Well, you’d expect that they’d do everything possible to deflect criticism from their own abysmal records, and refocus it on a suitable third party. And that's just what happened. The Council devotes most of its time, not to Darfur, or the slaughter in the Congo, or the depredations of Burma’s generals, or the torture chambers of Arab despot regimes. No, the Council spends the bulk of its time attacking Israel.

As my mother used to say, ‘what would you expect from a pig but a grunt?’

Even Kofi Annan has acknowledged, "We have reached a point at which the commission's declining credibility has cast a shadow on the repu­tation of the United Nations system as a whole, and where piecemeal reforms will not be enough."

Now the US is walking, telling the Council to stick its resolutions up its collective arse.

Reuters tells us: The United States has quietly informed Western allies of its intention to walk away from the U.N. Human Rights Council, diplomatic sources said on Friday. The U.S. delegation has observer status, with the right to speak, in the 47-member state forum, which meets in Geneva, and has never stood for election to the Council since it was set up two years ago.

Diplomatic sources and rights activists said that U.S. officials had informed the European Union on Friday morning of its intention to halt its involvement in the Council. "They said they were going to disengage totally," said one representative of a rights watchdog group.

In a Council debate on Friday on the situation in Myanmar, the United States failed to take the floor on a topic on which until now it has always been vocal, a possible sign that it had little further interest in the body. The Council replaced the widely discredited U.N. Commission on Human Rights.

But it is seen by critics as having fallen under control of a bloc of Islamic and African countries, which have a majority when backed by their frequent allies Russia, China and Cuba.

Now is there any chance that the rest of the Council's Western paymasters will also quit? Not likely, I fear.

Why do we succumb to a PC minority?

I print below a very interesting Comment to my post on the Dublin inner city school with no Irish infant for next year.

The comment comes from Anonymous. I can understand why so many commentators cannot fly under their own colours in this Stalinist PC environment, but why not at least use a nom de guerre to distinguish all the Anonymouses?

Anyway, s/he makes a point that has always fascinated me – namely, why do we give a free pass to a tiny PC minority to screw up our country? The Irish are a fighting people, yet we allow ourselves be cowed into submission on this vital topic. Maybe it’s a legacy of the way we laid down under the Church for all those years?

Anyway, here’s the comment:

Considering this island’s long and painful struggle to gain its freedom and national independence, do you or your readers ever seriously ponder why it is now that all is being surrendered albeit piece-meal, by our self-serving politicians, and who, for the most part can be so intimidated and terrified by a handful of rabid PC dogmatists.

All that was once so dearly fought for is being casually surrendered to appease a tiny but vociferous minority, whose own agenda will undoubtedly result in turning this country of the future into something much more akin to a mini London or New York. A teeming, soulless place, of superficial tolerance, inhabited by “grey” subservient “Mc People”.

Of course equally clear is that instead of the heavy hand of Catholicism being perpetually upon our shoulder as once in the past, we shall in future be dictated to by self-elected gurus of PC and their Judas-like lawyers. Naturally the well funded State propaganda exercises and other behavioural control tactics which have already been implemented and choreographed are going some way in dampening down the instinctive disquiet felt by many towards the destructive forces which are irrevocably altering the very fabric of this society.

It could also be conceded that in acting as a modern-day substitute for slavery, “multiculturalism” itself serves to appease the greed and the feeding-frenzies of our modern “gombeen men”. But what is difficult to comprehend is why the sheer level of deceit and propaganda so obviously deployed in all of this is not being more openly and actively challenged by many more, honest-minded newspaper journalists, politicians, and individuals such as yourself Savant.

Why have so many conceded so quickly to such empty and false doctrines?Surely the disastrous results of other “multicultural” experiments can not be so lightly cast aside? Shouldn’t they alone be alerting us as to what we too are buying into and even paying through the nose for?

Our President uses my speech at last

In one of those acts of understated heroism for which, if I may say so, I’m justly renowned, I took it upon myself some time ago to write a speech for our President, HRH Mary McAleese. But this wasn’t just any speech. It was one suitable for use in all circumstances, requiring only the occasional word substitution as the situation required.

I'm pleased to see that the royal pain in the bollocks President has taken my contribution to heart. First read the speech I drafted for her, then examine these extracts from the verbal diarrhea spewed out in her recent visit to Liverpool, and decide whether she has used my work – and without attribution, I might add!

“The sea between us is not a barrier to our bond of kinship, rather a bridge”

“That most Irish of English cities, a place which has a special hold on generations of Irish”

“Some people in this room are two, three or even four generations away from Ireland, yet it is still in their hearts”

Hooray! No Irish children apply for school places

The Irish Independent brings us joyous multicultural tidings. In a dramatic testimony to the scale of diversity which we’re all enthusiastically celebrating, we learn that in a Dublin inner city school there isn't a single Irish-born pupil among those enrolled in its infant classes for next year!

The school (pictured) is in the north inner city, where already nearly half the pupils are minority ethnic and language students, and that percentage is rising. Figures from eight local schools in the Dublin 7 area show that there are 1,839 pupils enrolled this year -- of whom nearly half, or 855, are minority ethnic and language students.

The report does not identify the school where no Irish have applied for places in September [of course not, else they’ll never get another white parent to send their kid to it] but says that may change as demand for places increases. [Demand from locals for places in these sink-hole schools will not increase.]

Increasing variety in the ethnic and national groups applying for education for their children -- and the languages they speak -- is expected to present an ongoing challenge to schools and local communities. [No shit, Sherlock?]

Dublin 7 is identified as an area of educational disadvantage by the report, which took account of literacy, early school leaving, access to education, academic under-achievement and underdevelopment of interpersonal and social skills. [Excuse me, you prat. ALL fucking black/Muslim schools are educationally disadvantaged, all over the world. This is because blacks have low IQs and bad work ethic, and Muslims can't think because they’re taught to unquestioningly absorb religious mumbo jumbo.]

"For minority language students, these are more likely to become significant factors in their educational experience. They have the added disadvantage of potentially poor communication and connectivity between school and home. Such connectivity has been clearly established as a key factor in supporting children to achieve in the school ," according to the evaluation report for a School Cultural Mediation Project.

It adds that the north inner city has a significantly higher than average number of ethnic minority residents, standing at 34pc of the population -- or three times the national average, according to the 2006 Census. [And we know that that particular census drastically understated the true level of the immigrant population.]

But hold on, there’s hope. The report goes on to reassure us that vast sums of taxpayers’ money are being flung at the problem and that ‘progress has been identified’. Progress will always be identified when large dollops of public money depends on it.

Rory sends us this by way of a comment. I found it so amazing I checked up the Guardian myself. But there it was, in all its gory detail.

Is there anything more annoying than people coming to your street or your house uninvited and pushing their ideas down your throat? I was trained from an early age to detest it. My father would open the door and my mother would throw tennis balls at them from behind him - an unconventional but effective response. The two rejected Birmingham preachers have been moaning about human rights and their freedom of expression, but preaching and American missionary-style "spreading God's word" is more about bossing than expressing.

Off they go, all over the world, come across a culture that's minding its own business, with its own perfectly adequate belief system, and insist on imposing their own ideas. What a cheek. Just reflect on this for a moment. What this stupid so-called liberal cow is saying is that you can't try to peaceably change somebody's mind! This is liberal? This is breathtaking. 'We can make our own minds up' this cretitudinous windbag waffles. And you can make it up without getting any contrary or discommoding input.

Is this her idea of free exchange of ideas - the very basis of democracy? And what about those with their 'perfectly adequate belief system' (check this post to get an idea of this system)? I suppose they didn't pick them up from religious fanatics from the day they were born?

Jesus Christ - you'd have to despair that people like her are allowed live. Then again, I suppose that'd be one benefit of the forthcoming Islamic takeover - the likes of her won't be allowed to live.

Dhimmi Britain. How bad can it get?

You could hardly make this up as an example of the depths of dhimmitude that pervades much of the UK and particularly Birmingham. Two Christian evanglelist preachers (pictured below) have been banned from handing out Christian pamphlets in a Muslim area of Birmingham. In fact, they have been threatened, by a police officer, with arrest for committing a "hate crime" if they return to the area, the Telegraph tells us.


"He said we were in a Muslim area and were not allowed to spread our Christian message. He said we were committing a hate crime by telling the youths to leave Islam and said that he was going to take us to the police station."

The officer further went on to tell the men if they returned and got beaten - it was their own fault: "The ministers claim he also advised them not to return to the area. As he walked away, the PCSO said: "You have been warned. If you come back here and get beaten up, well you have been warned".

Great to see the forces of "Law And Order" are so much on top of things.

All this at a time when Schools Secretary Ed Balls (they named him well) wants to implement a programme that would insert Muslim clerics into all British schools so that pupils would learn about the Koran and Islam in the context of a multicultural society (yugh!).

Thus across the country all British children will be given instruction about Islam. And not just instructions, of course. They'll be given unalloyed progranda on the Religion of Peace. Meanwhile Christians are being threatened with arrest for "hate crimes" and jailtime for discussing and professing their religion.

Anybody got a suggestion as to how soon we can expect a reprise in Ireland?
