9/11 Conspiracy poll results

Teacher Paris sends the following very interesting comment concerning 9/11 conspiracy theories. What's surprising to me is the extent to which Americans think they're not getting the full story. This surprises me because I always thought they took everything they heard from the MSM as gospel. As these polls show, that's very far from the truth. Which can only be good news, given the abysmal record of the MSM.

As regards the 9/11 conspiracy theory itself, I can't accept it was an inside job, as in the whole thing was planned by non-Islamic conspirators. Given the ineptitude of the Iraq imbroglio, it beggars belief that the same wankers could organise and keep secret such a mammoth and risky undertaking.

However, I do believe the Israelis, and almost certainly their neocon friends in the US, knew that something was afoot. The celebrations on the bridge as the first plane hit just cannot be explained away on any rational basis. I recommend you check out an earlier post I made on this.

Anyway, here are the, to me, very surprising poll results. Thanks TP.

Scientific Polls:

CBS/Angus Reid, Oct 2006

58% say that gov't officials are "lying" in the 9/11 Commission Report - only 16% say they are telling the truth when asked the question "When it comes to what they knew prior to September 11th, 2001, about possible terrorist attacks against the United States, do you think members of the Bush Administration are telling the truth, are mostly telling the truth but hiding something, or are they mostly lying?" (LIHOP theory)Link:

ZOGBY, Feb 2006

49.3% of New York City residents and 41% of New York citizens overall say that some of our leaders "knew in advance that attacks were planned on or around September 11, 2001, and that they consciously failed to act". (LIHOP theory)Link:

36% of respondents overall said it is "very likely" or "somewhat likely" that federal officials either participated in the attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon or took no action to stop them "because they wanted the United States to go to war in the Middle East."(Covers both LIHOP and MIHOP theories)Link:

63% of Canadians agreed that "Individuals within the U.S. Government including the White House had prior knowledge of the plans for the events of September 11th, and failed to take appropriate action to stop them". Additionally, 16% of Canadians believe that individuals within the U.S. Government were involved in the planning and execution of the events of September 11th. (47% LIHOP, 16% MIHOP, 63% combined)Link:

Non-Scientific Polls:

MSNBC, Sept 2006 up to present

"Do you believe any of the conspiracy theories suggesting the U.S. government was somehow involved in 9/11?" (Covers both LIHOP and MIHOP theories)

YES: 67%

CNN, Nov 2004

"Do you believe there is a US government cover up surrouning 911?" (Question is too vague to specify LIHOP or MIHOP - could be interpreted as a coverup of incompetence only)

YES: 89%

Thank you for your kind remarks.

Eight years on the Arabian Peninsula surrounded by young Moslem ladies completing their MBA's and M.D.'s does effect one's perspective.

Japanese Parliament on 911

And while we're at it here's one about 7/7 in London.

And there are countless other videos and articles with many more unanswered questions. Like Joe O'Neill said in the other post, it's amazing how people can't see a fact even if it hits them in the face. If the MSM and the government say it's not an inside job then it has to be true. After all they're only the biggest liars in our society, if not of all times, so we can trust them. ^^

These are amazing videos that Rhein links to. A must see!

I have just watched all of the links and have come to the unbiased conclusion that it is all a load of bollocks just like christianity and Islam.I cannot believe that grown ups believe such utter unadulterated crap.I have a neighbour here in South Africa who swears that there is a planet called Nabiru which is exactly opposite the earth so it can never be seen and is sending out aliens to direct events. I know somebody else who says the 911 was predicted by various prophets long thing that they all have in common is that they only predicted it after it happenned....what a bunch of loony tune losers..

OK - how do you explain the Israelis jumping and clapping on the bridge when the first plane hit as per Savant's earlier post?

As he says, there's no rational explanation. Of course there are daft theories out there. It still doesn't mean that we havent gotten the full story.

In the oil rich Middle Eastern countries where I live, immigrants and temporary foreign workers must present their home country police records and pass a medical examination before being granted a residence or work visa.
The governments of the oil producing Middle Eastern states not occupied by foreigners all agree that the first duties of a sovereign state are to protect its boarders and provide for the well-being of its native population.
In Bahrain, the U.A.E. and Oman non-Moslem religious services are freely available and Christian church weddings and Hindu services are announced in the English speaking press.
Even in Saudi Arabia, fathers are supportive and proud of their daughters educational achievements, and young Saudi girls freely roller-blade through the shopping malls. One of my doctors in Arabia was a Saudi female. The custom’s inspectors allow the importation of Christian literature for personal use, but religious services are forbidden.
My impression is that one hundred percent of the Moslem women over 18 living towns and cities on the peninsula have personal mobile phones, access to the internet and access to international satellite television. ( I know nothing about Yemen.)
A Saudi friend of mine who was robbed by Algerians in Paris asked the French police why they allowed trash into their country. Had I asked that question in Paris, I would have been arrested.

So true. One law for them, another for us.

These arguments and a mass of others are so strong that I can only conclude that true believers in the media version of 9/11 (which would exclude a multitude of pretend-believers) either have not looked at the evidence because they are satisfied with the truthfulness of their media and politicians, or the evidence is overpowered in their minds by a general belief in our governments and our way of life, or, worst of all, evidence is not what carries their minds. But how, I ask, can a Catholic fit into any of these three categories, or into any of the shades between them?

Firstly, how can a Catholic have so little sense of truth that he can still trust today’s media or politicians? (Heaven help these both. They are only getting away with what the people let them get away with.) Secondly, how can a Catholic have a general belief in what amounts to the crass atheistic materialism of today’s governments and way of life? Thirdly, how on earth can a Catholic judge questions of fact on emotion instead of evidence? My answer to all three questions is, because his Catholicism will have been de-clawed by the Protestantism, liberalism and modernism which pollute virtually all minds today.

The 9/11 official story is a conspiracy theory of outlandish incompetence. It alleges that terrorists successfully evaded a multi-billion-dollar defense establishment including NORAD, standard FAA intercept procedures, US airbases, the FBI, the CIA, the NSA, international intelligence agencies and more, without any significant or effective resistance. To believe the official story, you must believe that it is acceptable that instead of reprimands, those most responsible for failing to prevent the attacks received promotions.

7/7: The Ripple Effect
57 min -

'The Ripple Effect' is an extremely well-done video on the 7/7 bombings. It is clear that the British government has reliable assassins and a compliant electronic media.
