I am sick of the fallacious phrase, "We fight them[muslims] over there, so we don't have to fight them over here!"

Then why does my "Uncle Scam" accept tens of thousands of[muslim] refugees from over there[Iraq]?

My government refuses to say this IS a religious war.

Because to the politicians, it's about protecting Israel and oil.

Even if the Neo-conservative[AIPAC] dream of Democracy by force in Iraq comes true, the muslims will democratically vote in Sharia Law.

My thoughts go out to the men and women of all armed forces fighting in this Iraq/Afghanistan War and to the forgotten maimed and wounded soldiers pushed into a dark hospital corner by my beloved politicians.

All I am left to say is...

You are 100% right. The war was driven by oil, Israel's perceived security requirements the overall idea that 'we have this big army, we must do something'.

what a shambles.
